1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and business customers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes. A business customer is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submission and does not yet constitute acceptance.

The contract is only concluded when we accept your order through a separate order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include applicable statutory VAT where required. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

5. Payment

The payment will be processed depending on the selected payment method.

6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by you. Delivery times and shipping conditions can be found on our shipping information page.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within the stated delivery period after conclusion of the contract.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages, provided essential contractual obligations are violated.

11. Contract Language
The contract language is German and English.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.

13. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
