My palette arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the affected shades and packaging. Keep everything until we have reviewed your case. We will read your message personally and discuss a solution with you.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the full correct address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will check whether we can change it. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Which colours should I use for my first look?
Start with a light matte shade, blend a medium tone into the crease and add shimmer to the mobile lid. Add a darker shade at the outer corner for depth. Our product pages include swatches and community looks.
